Were seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative to identify and engage decisionmakers across college athletics higher education and pro sports. Youll help DI unlock new opportunitiesone meeting at a time.

We partner with elite collegiate athletic programs professional sports franchises and toptier universities to transform spaces into storiesthink interactive hall of fame exhibits donor recognition moments alumni engagement hubs welcome centers and immersive locker rooms.

YOURDAYTODAY (may include but no limited to):

  • Prospect into universities athletic departments and pro sports franchises to identify highimpact projects
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo Salesforce Clari (Groove) and AI platforms to research leads and automate outreach where possible
  • Develop custom outreach strategies for each segment: athletics alumni admissions and advancement
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track weekly progress on outreach meetings set and pipeline additions
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign strategy and lead nurture tactics
  • Stay current on industry trends campus construction and DI project launches

  • Studying org charts facilities plans budgets and donor initiatives
  • Building outreach that resonates with decisionmakers and reflects DIs premium brand

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Knowledge or interest in experiential design technology and/or architecture
  • A sharp mind for storytelling and a genuine interest in the future of campus and sports experiences
  • Comfort working in fastpaced highautonomy environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort learning and leveraging modern sales technology
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate present assert and speak to all levels of stakeholders involved
  • Strong drive to meet or exceed sales goals

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Marketing Design or Sports/Higher Ed Administration
  • 13 years of Sales or Business Development experience

This is a salary (exempt) offers a full benefit package including Medical Dental and Vision insurance along with Short and Long Term Disability Life Insurance and Supplemental Accident Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity.
