Overview
Capital City Collision Center is part of the fastgrowing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Customer Service Representative to our team.
This position pays between $18$22/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and appointments (phone internet) and direct to appropriate contact
- Contact present customers (phone email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Loaner vehicle management
- Some office/accounting duties
- Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge
- Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for followup
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the companys vision mission and values in all interactions with customers coworkers and suppliers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred
- Great attitude with a highenergy personality
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a processdriven environment
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Valid drivers license
All applicants must pass preemployment testing which includes background checks MVR and drug testing to qualify for employment.
