Broad Role Description

  • Carry Sales target for the region
  • He/She is responsible for the growth of WIFI business
  • He/ She is responsible to align closely with TTBS Sales team & drive sales
  • Must be from Technology selling background WAN/LAN etc
  • Responsible for overall growth & pipeline development in the region
  • Build & leverage partner ecosystem effectively
  • Identify & build Manage Services partner in the region for offering WIFI
  • Strong alignment & build pipeline with Telecom & Cloud Service Providers
  • Effective crosssell/ Upsell capability to position multiple TTBS solution stack
  • Have vivid understanding about competition offering
  • Periodical Sales training session with key partner stakeholders & update them on the new functionalities & wins
  • Reaching out to all key existing & new WIFI customers for a casestudy
  • More importantly capable to work / align internally with all the key stakeholders in the region from Sales PreSales Marketing
  • WIFI Product Understanding
  • Under Business and Sales of the region
  • OEM Ecosystem in Access Points Space /Hardware
  • Drive Revenue

Key Role Deliverables

Drive WIFI Sales in the region meet Customers Partners meet sales targets with good communication and selling skills & willing to work in a dynamic matrix reporting structure

Right Person (Qualification & Experience)

  • 810 Years of Sales experience
  • MBA/ Graduate from a reputed institution in BE/
  • Having good experience in selling WIFI & Networking Solution
  • Should be able to understand the customer expectation & position the WIFI solution highlighting the business benefits
  • Responsible for the Regional WIFI pipeline & Revenue goals
  • Having good connect with Partners & customers in the region
  • Having working experience with Service Providers is added advantage
  • Should be a good teamplayer who can work/ align closely with all the relevant stakeholders within the organization
  • Smart planner & executor of Regional business plan aligning with Business/ Segment leaders
  • Worked with reputable companies. (ISP/OEM/SI)
