Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Pricing (Retail)
In this role you will be responsible for implementing price changes accurately across multiple systems validate pricing integrity across channels and support promotional execution and software.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute daily weekly and adhoc price changes across over 1000 SKUs using retail pricing systems and internal tools.
Validate the accuracy of prices across online and instore channels to ensure consistency and compliance.
Coordinate with IT and POS teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to price uploads and updates.
Support the execution of promotional pricing by entering offer details into pricing systems and verifying application dates and discount logic.
Perform price audits and exception reporting to catch discrepancies or errors in realtime.
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pricing updates and execution workflows.
Collaborate with category managers and pricing teams to ensure timely execution of markdowns and seasonal pricing.
Tools and Technology
Space Planning Software:
JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning Relex Solutions Nexgen Dotactiv Apollo Retail or any other industry specific space planning tools
Data Analytics and Visualization:
Microsoft Excel Tableau Power BI
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Retail/Operations Management/ Civil/Interior designing
Prior retail/Space planning/ Operations experience
Preferred qualifications
Good knowledge on Space Planning software/tools and utilize it to visualize and optimize store layouts by building & delivering planograms across departments.
Ability to prioritize and organize own workload
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Analytical and problemsolving capabilities
Decision making abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
