Two Business Support Coordinators are required to assist in various teams across Public Health.
What we need
As a Business Support Coordinator you will be an integral part of our versatile business support team supporting a range of service areas with a focus on governance and financial management.
You will have previous skills and experience in high level administration and the ability to take notes at formal meetings juggle varying demands work to tight deadlines and take responsibility for your own workload. We are looking for an individual who has a positive and flexible approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with being enthusiastic and selfmotivated.
Every day is different in our business and your tasks will be wide and varied one day you may be arranging a meeting and coordinating actions and the next you will be problem solving and collating information as directed by the Service Leads. We really enjoy our roles but dont take my word for it you are welcome to reach out to any of the team to have a chat about the role.
You will be skilled at using Microsoft Office and hybrid functionality such as Microsoft Teams.
This is a fulltime role where you will be required to work in a hybrid way supporting a blend of inoffice and remote working with at least 1 day in the office per week.
