DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key channel partners with a deep understanding of their enterprise client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting enterprise opportunities through the partner channel.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training ensuring partners are wellinformed about relevant offerings and updates.
- Work crossfunctionally with marketing sales and customer success teams to enhance channel performance and improve the enterprise customer experience.
- Support partners in utilizing marketing assets and campaigns to drive enterpriselevel growth and revenue.
- Deliver targeted training sessions to channel partners focusing on product value enterprise sales strategies and solution positioning.
- Assist partners throughout the sales cycle tracking progress coordinating internal support and helping close enterprise deals.
- Implement a proactive partner engagement strategy through outreach and regular communication focusing on enterprise sales teams and initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals across various timeframes with a focus on enterprise revenue generation through the channel.
- Maintain accurate records of partner communications sales activities and engagement data within the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Extensive experience in IT channel sales or enterprisefocused roles with a solid understanding of enterprise sales processes.
- Proven success in managing enterprise accounts or selling complex technical solutions to large organizations.
- Strong sales skills with a history of exceeding targets through tailored strategies for enterprise clients.
- Technically proficient and passionate about emerging technologies within the enterprise space.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding abilities especially with enterprisefocused partners and stakeholders.
- Strong written verbal and presentation communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product value to enterprise audiences.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities projects and timelines in fastpaced dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data analyze trends and develop strategic plans for enterprise channel growth.
- Highly adaptable selfmotivated and capable of working independently or as part of a crossfunctional team.
- Prior experience in enterprise technology sales or account management is preferred.
