Inside Sales Representative 1800GOTJUNK
Were looking for a motivated and goaloriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Commercial Sales team! In this role youll partner closely with Franchise Partners across North America to generate new business build relationships and crush revenue targets. A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Manage and grow 16 franchise territories across North America
- Drive revenue by generating new business from commercial clients
- Execute cold calls warm outreach and strategic followups to build your sales pipeline
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business
- Partner with Franchise Owners to align on local growth strategies and business goals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all interactions leads and deal progress
- Hit (and exceed!) your KPIs while bringing a collaborative energy to the team

- Proven passion for sales and business development with a strong drive to succeed

- Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce) is a plus
- Previous inside sales experience is an asset but not requiredwe value potential and attitude just as much
- You embrace a growth mindsetyoure coachable open to feedback and excited to keep learning
HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Weve designed a hybrid model that helps us Collaborate Celebrate and Connect. For this role we anticipate youll work inoffice every other week for three consecutive days (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday). The rest of the time youll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely where it makes the most sense for you.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: $48000 $55000 per annum Uncapped Commission. Actual salary offered will be based on education experience and internal equity.)
Sales roles may be eligible for an annual sales bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
