Join the AUSPAC People function and support in delivering the payroll for Australia and New Zealand 4000 employees. As a Senior Payroll Specialist you will play a crucial role in Payroll ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments output reporting and lodgement.
Your new role
This position will have a focus on continuous process improvement opportunities within the Payroll function with a strong emphasis on New Zealand payroll will be responsible for resolving complex payroll queries mentoring our offshore Compensation and Benefits team and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Senior Payroll Specialist with a passion for accuracy and a proactive approach to problemsolving. You will bring a strong understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
