Job Description

Love weddings and have a knack for sealing the deal Were on the hunt for a passionate and driven Weddings Business Development Manager to lead wedding sales across our national portfolio of iconic venues.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Driving wedding bookings and revenue across AVC venues nationwide

  • Building strong relationships with planners stylists and industry vendors

  • Creating standout wedding packages that showcase our stunning venues

  • Hosting showcases venue tours and networking events

  • Working closely with venue teams to deliver unforgettable wedding experiences

What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years experience in wedding sales hospitality or event planning

  • A strong understanding of wedding trends and the sales cycle

  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage client pipelines

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service and negotiation skills

  • Organised proactive and able to work across multiple venues

  • Experience with iVvy or similar booking platforms is a bonus
