About theRole:

In this key role youll deliver highquality person centred support from assisting with daily living tasks like personal care and mobility to encouraging community involvement and social connection. Youll also advocate for the rights dignity and equality of people with disabilities to ensure they receive tailored supports that respect their unique needs and goals.

About You:

  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster including sleepovers active nights and weekends
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
  • Empathetic and compassionate with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
  • Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others
  • Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate and inspire
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence and First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements including a NDIS Worker Screening Check
