PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine and assess a companys future and current training needs
- Create training materials and programs to address specific training objectives
- Write reports keeping records and managing training budgets
- Work with sales and management team to ensure the achievement of training objectives
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programs
- Analyze training needs to develop training programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Keep uptodate on the latest training trends developments and best practices
- Manage employee enrolment for training schedule training sessions and organize the resources to facilitate training programs
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Accommodate to different learning styles: lecture handson activities role plays etc
- Delivery review and maintenance of training programs or training curricula to ensure the training needs of the organization are met
- Stay up to date on all new products and services in collaboration with other support teams
- Understand and stay current with company processes and procedures
- Communicate collaborate and contribute to other corporate trainers
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring coaching onthejob or in classroom training elearning workshops simulations etc)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
- BS degree in education or relevant field preferred
- Prior experience working within Medical/Dental industry preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of adult learning principles
- Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills and able to present information in a clear and concise manner to a diverse population
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively while being detail oriented.
- Selfdirected and motivated to continue learning and be more effective
- Able to collaborate work with and contribute to a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Ability to develop training and execute with little to no guidance
- Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Strong work ethic and emotional intelligence preferred over extensive L&D experience
