Position Overview:

The Human Resource Office Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources department. In this role you will work closely with the VP of HR and all other onsite managers and supervisors. You will be managing administrative tasks maintaining employee records processing payroll and ensuring compliance with company policies for all sites. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Managers at the facility site to assist with the following:

o Recruitment processes including job requisitions job postings candidate screenings and interviews.

o Prepare HR documents such as the job offer letter.

Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to compensation benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; onboarding and training and development

Work closely with the VP of HR performing a variety of tasks as assigned.

Confidentiality is critical as this position handles tasks and documents that must be held private.

Handle incoming mail telephone calls and messages.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR business or a related field (essential) or equivalent experience

5 years experience in an HR role (essential)

Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is preferred.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills customer service ethics and cultural awareness

Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with occasional competing priorities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office HRIS systems and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
