The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest administrative professional at our Northwest District Office in Bowling Green.
Ready to get started
As Ohio EPAs administrative professional youll support numerous programs in our Northwest District Office through routine administrative tasks. This will include typing editing and formatting technical materials using different scientific terminology from electronic documents and written copies. Youll perform office file maintenance ensuring the agencys file systems are maintained and properly consolidated as needed.
Youll assist with public records requests pulling files logging necessary information and copying records. Youll also perform different special clerical projects preparing and maintaining the divisions automated application system logs and reports.
Additionally youll serve as the districts office receptionist and be an initial contact for visitors. Youll serve as a backup for other administrative peers as needed and help manage the Northwest Districts mail.
