The ASSA ABLOY Door Group part of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas Commercial Segment is a market leader in the hollow metal door and frame industry. We are looking for a dynamic HR executive who can help lead that continued growth. As Vice President of Human Resources you will balance strategic vision with handson leadership to support our workforce across 20 facilities throughout the U.S. Canada and Mexico. This position reports directly to the President of the Door Group and will partner closely with leaders across our Commercial Segment.
Youll be stepping into a role with a strong foundation built by a valued colleague who led with care and intention. Were looking for someone who can continue that momentum while bringing their own perspective to help shape the next chapter of our people strategy.

Youll lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate crossfunctionally to align HR initiatives with business goals. This includes workforce strategy succession planning organizational development labor and employee relations compensation and benefits and compliance. Youll also continue shaping our culture through engagement and leadership development while ensuring scalable and consistent HR operations that support the needs of our workforce as well as fostering a strong connection between members of the HR community.
