Job Description

You will be responsible for the interview selection and offer process for legal candidates as well as the development and maintenance of relationships with law firms and corporations in connection with identified job openings.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating all job recruiting processes such as: an active search of potential candidates reviewing and screening incoming resumes phone prescreening candidates face to face telephonic and virtual interviews with candidates
- Works closely with firm clients to obtain new and updated search needs
- Develops and maintains relationships with career services offices at law schools Bar Associations and professional development organizations
- Continually updates the company database with new and relevant client and candidate information
- Maintains regular communication with all involved in the recruiting process to maintain momentum provide visibility and to ensure timely turnaround time with the candidate selection process
