Salary: $51438.40/Annually
Location:Bangor ME

- Inspecting repairing modifying and installing HVAC equipment
- Repairing or replacing defective parts and controls
- Testing and examining boiler operations
- Programming heating and air conditioning system components
- Maintaining records and writing reports using a computerized work order management system
Minimum qualifications:
Current valid Master Plumbers license as issued by the Plumbers Examining Board Or Current valid Master Oil Burner Mechanics License as issued by the Maine Fuel Board.
Necessary Special Requirements:
- Environmental Protection Agency #608 Universal Technician Certification
- Propane and Natural Gas Technician License with endorsements (Large Equipment Connection/Service)
