Position Overview

We are currently hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians licensed in Illinois native in English and with a high level of Spanish located in either Illinois Wisconsin Indiana or Florida to support a leading client in the healthcare industry. This is a fully remote workfromhome opportunity ideal for professionals with a background in pharmacy support customer service and healthcare logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for order fulfillment and customer inquiries including returns credits and product delivery.
Manage incoming orders via phone fax web or electronic systems.
Handle exceptions investigate service issues and resolve complex customer concerns using sound judgment.
Track shipments manage order exceptions and coordinate product availability and backorders.
Collaborate with manufacturing and distribution teams to meet delivery expectations.
Set up new customer accounts document service requirements and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory procedures at the federal and state levels.
Provide highquality communication with patients providers and other healthcare professionals.
Support service team performance by participating in training and mentoring new hires as needed.
Uphold metricsbased performance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training begins)
Reside in Florida Indiana Illinois or Wisconsin

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
2 to 4 years of experience in customer service supply chain or call center environments ()
Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with native English and highlevel Spanish
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Strong orientation towards metrics and KPIs
Experience interacting professionally with patients RNs and medical personnel

Training Details

Start Date: June 16 2025
Duration: 5 weeks (paid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Production Schedule

Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Minimum Weekly Hours: 30 (up to 40)

Compensation & Benefits

Training Rate: $18/hour
PostTraining Rate: $20/hour
