Position Summary
The Marketing & Communications Manager is a missiondriven storyteller and strategist responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for MakeAWish Central & South Texas. This role is critical to building local brand visibility community engagement and donor loyalty across the diverse and growing communities of Austin San Antonio and the broader Central & South Texas region. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical blending compelling storytelling with datainformed decisionmaking to drive awareness wish referrals and donor retention.

MakeAWish creates lifechanging wishes for children with critical illnesses. We seek to bring the power of wishing to every eligible child because each step of the wish journey can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight their illness.
