Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. This role requires strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused attitude to ensure an excellent experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide requested information
Accurately document call details and maintain customer records
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and goals
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company procedures and policies
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask stay organized and handle high call volumes
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
Must be punctual and reliable
