PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. Under close supervision perform data entry including attendance Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data and grades.

A minimum of three (3) years data entry experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress. Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals. Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping pushing/pulling and twisting. Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching. Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds). May work prolonged or irregular hours.
Safety: Contribute to the prevention of accidents and injuries by observing safety rules and District policy practicing the principles and skills taught in safety training wearing personal protective equipment as required reporting injuries and incidences immediately to supervisor and being proactive in the ongoing efforts to improve and maintain workplace safety.
