About the Role
Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) is seeking a Product Manager to lead our Hold Baggage product line within our Aviation Security Product Portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in driving the vision strategy and execution of multiple solution and service offerings across both government and commercial markets. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of successful product delivery operational excellence and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams from ideation to implementation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the delivery and performance of the Hold Baggage product line ensuring alignment with the SES product roadmap and business goals.
- Lead crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering program management sales business development production and QAto drive strategic initiatives and product success.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) including business cases and technical specifications for new products and features.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to support business cases and inform product direction.
- Drive product strategies by developing and executing comprehensive roadmaps that reflect market trends customer needs and business priorities.
- Manage 3rd party partnerships in alignment with SES strategy.
- Lead voiceofcustomer engagements to inform product development and ensure market relevance.
- Define product and service value propositions and develop gotomarket strategies.
- Oversee product development programsincluding internally funded and CRAD projectsto ensure timely quality delivery that meets customer requirements.
- Manage sustaining efforts and drive initiatives to improve product margins and lifecycle performance.
- Lead certification and qualification processes for all product offerings.
- Create product collateral and provide training and support to the sales organization.
- Foster a highperformance culture focused on precision execution accountability and innovation.
- Champion continuous improvement in technical and process capabilities across the portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Resultsdriven with a strong ability to take initiative and lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear actionable strategies.
- Experience in the security and detection market is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain relationships across all levelsinternal stakeholders customers and external partners.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership and customer executives.
- Teamoriented with strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Highenergy customerfocused and committed to delivering highquality results.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72150.00 $130425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
