About the Role
Were hiring an Accounting Manager on behalf of our client a wellestablished structural engineering firm based in San Francisco. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting compliance and project accounting. Youll lead core financial operations across U.S. and Mexico offices and support strategic initiatives for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations including payroll A/P A/R and intercompany transactions
- Manage consolidated financial statements journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure tax and audit compliance across business and property filings
- Supervise client invoicing and revenue projections; maintain fixed assets and lease registers
- Lead improvements in accounting procedures and support budgeting efforts
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience including team leadership
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proficient in U.S. GAAP consolidations and transfer pricing
- Skilled in Excel and accounting systems (AEC360 experience a plus)
- Strong communication organizational and team management abilities
- Experience with project accounting is highly desirable
