Job Description
We are seeking a professional and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries providing accurate and timely responses
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients
Assist in the preparation and followup of client meetings and project timelines
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and ensure satisfaction
Track client interactions and update records in our CRM system
Support account management and project execution efforts as needed
Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in client services customer support or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor with a clientfirst attitude
