We are currently looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Columbus office. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors manage front desk operations and support the administrative team with daily office functions.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
Ensure confidentiality and security of office documents
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Previous experience in a front desk customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and attitude
