POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Department at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire a HR Project Manager. The HR Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing various human resources projects to support the strategic objectives of the HR department. This entrylevel position requires strong organizational skills effective communication and a keen interest in HR processes and project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning executing and closing HR projects in accordance with defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project execution.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project initiatives and decisionmaking.
- Prepare project documentation including project plans reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among project team members.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and change management activities related to HR projects.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year experience working as a project coordinator or project manager.
- The ideal candidate must have the basic understanding of HR practices and principles.
- The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of HRMS.
- Must be strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Must have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
- Experience in project management or HR internships.
- Certification in HR or project management (e.g. SHRMCP CAPM).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

ROLE CLASSIFICATION
This is a fulltime nonexempt role with eligibility for overtime after 40 hours of work per week.
COMPENSATION:
This is a fulltime nonexempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek. The overall salary range for this role is $59200 $113760.
For candidates residing in:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia the salary range is $65120 $104280.
- New York City Newark San Jose or San Francisco the salary range is $71040 $113760.
- All other locations the salary range is $59200 $94800.
A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
