This position will work at the lodge front desk assisting guests during their stay as well as informing day visitors with park information during their visit. Job duties include greeting guests making reservations on the computer completing check ins and check outs following policies and procedures answering and transferring phone calls operating a cash register selling merchandise completing cash reports assisting with resale inventory control and monthly inventory assisting in cleaning maintaining the facility and other duties as assigned. Excellent public relations skills are a must. The lodge is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week holidays and weekends. A criminal background check is required. This position may be the relief night auditor in the absence of the auditor.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience in customer service bookkeeping or a related field. Other jobrelated education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements except for certification or licensure requirements upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
