Our Team:
The with the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management in the SC Johnson College of Business supports farm families and agricultural businesses by providing financial and family/personal consulting to improve the farm business and family communications. The New York FarmNet Program offers free confidential impartial consulting to farmers and agribusiness professionals across the State of New York. Consultations take place on site most often in the clients home. Consultants (50 total) work in teams of two one addressing financial issues and one addressing family/personal issues. NY FarmNet also offers educational programming within agricultural communities related to succession planning and stress management. The program was founded in 1986 in response to the national farm crisis.
This Position:
The NY FarmNet Office Administrator will manage and be responsible for business and administrative operations for NY FarmNet. This includes but is not limited to the following:
