Located on a beautiful 10acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale Devereux Arizonas 24hour Residential Treatment Center (RTC) has the capacity to serve 52 children. The RTC is a safe supportive environment that provides various services to youth from the ages of 7 to 17 who are experiencing emotional behavioral or substance abuse challenges. The Campus features dormitories a therapeutic K12 day school food services medical/nursing and therapy services.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Services the Program Coordinator (Supervisor)coordinates the activities and day to day operational funtions of the Residential Treatment Center while ensuring a safe clean and therapeutic environment. This position is required to work as assigned with all individuals on any dorm and at any time alone or not.
Salary Range: $52936 $58229.60
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday 9:00am 5:00pm with other hours as needed (schedules are subject to change)

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelors degree and oneyear related experience required; OR Associate (AA) degree and two years related experience required; OR High School Diploma or GED and four years related experience required
- One (1) year supervisory or leadership experience required; or One (1) year Devereux supervisory or leadership experience preferred (internal staff)
OTHER:
- Must be available to attend two (2) weeks of new hire orientation (paid MonFri 8:30am5pm) plus 23 weeks of on the job training
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Preemployment Physical and Job Demand Assessment
- Valid Arizona Drivers License & pass DMV 36month history check
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions). Arizona Revised Statues Notice (ARS 36411) Residential care institutions; nursing care institutions; home health agencies; fingerprinting requirements; exemptions; definitions). If a persons employment record contains a sixmonth or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
