Job Description
Location: Hoboken NJ (3 Days Hybrid)
Domain: Financial Services
Duration: 6 months contract (likely to extend)
- Lead the establishment and scaling of the Center of Excellence within Client
- Take immediate ownership of client programs and professional services engagements
- Build and manage high-performing cross-functional delivery teams
- Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic Client customer relationships
- Drive delivery excellence across complex multi-million dollar programs
- Collaborate closely with Teams and Client executive leadership to align priorities and outcomes
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and CoE roadmap execution
- Ensure operational discipline governance and client satisfaction across engagements
- 8 years of program management or delivery leadership experience preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience building and scaling delivery teams and executing large-scale transformation programs
- Technical background; AWS certification or equivalent cloud experience is a strong plus
- Experience in Financial Services (e.g. J.P. Morgan Barclays or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- Familiarity with financial crime/compliance platforms
- Prior experience in CoE setup or global delivery operations
