SUMMARY:
The Facilities and Operations Program Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the planning and execution of capital improvement and capital asset replacement projects across the division. In addition to managing the full lifecycle of construction and renovation initiatives this position leads the divisions energy management strategyfocusing on sustainability cost savings and regulatory complianceas well as the districtwide records retention program. Reporting to the Director of Operations the Facilities and Operations Program Manager collaborates with school leaders municipal partners and external contractors to ensure facilities and operational systems are safe efficient and futureready. This position also manages special projects and divisionwide initiatives at the direction of the Superintendent or designee.

Demonstrated progressively responsible experience in the management of building design and construction; ability to articulate effectively in both oral and written form; superior organizational skills; ability to selfmanage and handle many responsibilities simultaneously; excellent problemsolving and project management skills
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university and/or a combination of skills and experience.

SALARY:
Range for theschool year is$60000 to $92399 with benefits.
