Job Description :
- Instruct/ coach and support student athletes in the fundamental skills strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success
- Lead instruct/coach in a manner that embodies creates and enhances ethical and moral values pride of accomplishment good sportsmanship selfdiscipline selfconfidence and team work
Minimum Qualifications:**All of the followingmust be met on or before the first practice and throughout the entire season of the sport.
- Pupil Activity Permit (ODE CERTIFICATION)
- Successful completion of all ODE OHSAA and District required trainings
- Passing of the required BCI/FBI Background Checks
- Follow all RCS Board Policies
- Complete a full season of the sport
- Maintain professional ethical and suitable conduct
- Communicate effectively with students parents Athletic Director administration and all stake holders
SALARY:In accordance with the established salary schedule.
