Were looking for a highly motivated tenacious and competitive Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our global team of topperforming sales professionals. In this 100% outbound SaaS sales role youll partner closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute strategic outreach campaigns that drive new business across the EMEA region.
Youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads building outbound pipeline and creating meaningful engagement with prospective clients through cold calls personalized emails and creative outreach strategies. This is a fastpaced highimpact role where youll be surrounded by a collaborative team that celebrates wins and pushes each other to achieve more.

Location Requirement
The ideal candidate will be based on the US East Coast and willing to work EMEA business hours (approximately 6am2pm ET).
What youll do
Research and identify strategic target accounts and key decisionmakers (budget holders senior leadership) primarily within companies of 10000 employees.
Build and manage strategic prospect lists for outbound campaigns and engage contacts through cold calls highly personalized emails LinkedIn messaging and other outbound channels to generate interest and create opportunities.
Generate at least 5 qualified sales opportunities per month and hand them off to Account Executives.
Conduct highlevel conversations with executives (CLevel VP Director) to introduce HireVues solutions and assess initial fit.
Leverage leading prospecting tools including Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo 6Sense and Alyce to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.
Continuously improve prospecting skills by learning advanced techniques such as account mapping competitive intelligence gathering and champion engagement.
Develop a deep understanding of the HireVue platform and stay current with product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications :
1 year of outbound Business Development experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment for Enterprise accounts (about 10000 employees).
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding outbound activity metrics and opportunity generation targets.
Strong ability to learn and communicate complex software solutions clearly and effectively.
Skilled in collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing teams to launch effective prospecting campaigns.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly over phone email and social media.
Active listening skills and the ability to uncover business challenges through conversation.
Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong selfmotivation and discipline to work independently and meet aggressive goals.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo 6Sense Alyce).

This position is a workfromhome role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions where they can attend virtual video meetings.
