Your mission
In this role you balance strategic and operational HR as you support our leaders and employees across 25 countries. With a global outlook youtake lead in strategic HR initiatives and operational activities and offer guidance and support to our top business management in common functions such as Legal Finance HR and Strategy & Business Development. You know how to support and coordinate with our local HR leaders to navigate in this truly global environment. Youre also the goto person for HR related questions at our headquarters at World Trade Center in Stockholm including a responsibility to support our employees also from our divisions where you will ensure great employee experience.
Collaboration is your key to success and you constantly interact with your business stakeholders and the HR community to drive synergies improvements and best practices. By working proactively you ensurethat we have the competence and resources we need to meet our strategy and achieve business goals. You also maintain and drive the people processes included in our annual HR lifecycle such as performance management talent management and compensation & benefits. At WTC you are also able take the lead in recruitments and onboarding of our new employees ensuring a good employee experience.
The location for this role is our headquarters in Stockholm. You report to the Vice President HR & EHS and you are a member of the business area HR Council. As you also belong to the Business Areas core HR team you will get the opportunity to work on or lead various interesting projects in the HR field.
Your profile
As the ideal candidate for this position you have extensive experience in both strategic and operational HR management a strong understanding of HR metrics and performance management and proven experience in a business partnering role to senior leaders. Experience of working with unions is also important as in this role you will be coordinating activities with the Swedish unions and you will also be a member of the Swedish HR Country Council. You have a background of working in international roles where you have developed a cultural awareness and an ability to lead across multiple cultures. Key skills include excellent communication and organizational abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. You have a university degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field and communicate fluently in written and verbal English.
Personal attributes include adaptability integrity and a customerfocused approach. You are able to inspire and motivate teams manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion. Being culturally sensitive and proactive in problemsolving are also key traits in this role.
