Incident management (L1 / L2 / L3 Support)
- Ensure resolution of incidents based on SLA agreed.
- Proactively detect any issues and take appropriate actions.
- Monthend support quarterend support and yearend support
- Coordinating Functional team for Testing integrations in lower environments.
- Bug fixes and testing in lower environments
Self Development
- Develop self by upgrading their skill in newer technologies.
- Integrating applications on heterogenous clouds
Integrations
- Minimum Developed 50 Integrations.
- 3 Implementation experience.
- ERP knowledge on integrations
