Sr. Workday Integrations Developer

Type: Contract

Location: HYBRID- Onsite in Tampa FL (Westshore District) 2-3 Days/week.

PLEASE NOTE: Only applicants in Tampa FL will be considered as this is an ONSITE position.

Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

The Workday Integration Developer is responsible for the end-to-end management of Workday integrations and related applications. This role involves designing developing testing and maintaining complex application systems to support business operations.

MUST HAVES:

  1. Must live in Tampa FL or commutable to be ONSITE 2-3 days/week in the Westshore Business District.
  2. Experience with HCM Time & Attendance/Tracking and Payroll modules
  3. Experience with Workday Studio EIBs Core Connector and other integration tools.
  4. Writing and Maintaining Integrations and Configurations
  5. Very strong communication skills and ability to speak in both technical and non technical terms
  • Workday Integration Tools: Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and other tools
  • Integration Design and Development: Designing developing testing and maintaining integrations.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Experience with resolving integration errors and issues.
  • Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Creating metrics dashboards and analyzing large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of Workday integrations including design development testing deployment and maintenance.
  2. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
  4. Maintain documentation for integrations configurations and system changes.
  5. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in Workday integrations.
  3. Strong knowledge of Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and other integration tools.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
