Job Description

Amazon is looking for a talented smart and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to focus on managing part of the Softlines Private Brands product family under Amazon Essentials in Europe. Private Brands is a longterm growth opportunity for Amazon.

You will need to:
Understand market segment trends and landscape for your category to create strategic and immediate operating plans for your category
Have a strong grasp of P&L input levers
Thrive in ambiguous work environments
Be a smart hardworking and creative person who loves products loves solving difficult problems and getting it done
Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail sourcing legal patent and product compliance
Have strong project management abilities to drive scalable initiatives on behalf of the private brands business

Key job responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for delivering:
Top and bottom line growth for the categories under your remit
Creating a datadriven longterm roadmap for each category
Identifying new product development opportunities and current products in need of refresh
Driving the success of new product launches

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience in product or program management product marketing business development or technology
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders



Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience in using analytical tools knowledge of Excel at an advanced level and SQL
