Job Description

ENCHANT COLONY SCHOOL
Regular Educational Assistant approx. 26 hours/week
(Monday Thursday 8:50 a.m. 3:22 p.m. & Fridays 8:50 a.m. 12:00 p.m.)
Enchant Colony School has approximately 30 students one (1) teacher and three (3) support staff. Enchant Colony School is located east of Enchant (from the junction of highways 845 and 526 8 km east on highway 526 OR from the junction of highways 25 and 526 1.6 km west on highway 526).
Ideally candidates will:
- Be prepared to always demonstrate respect for Hutterite culture traditions and belief
- Have a positive attitude about children learning and schools
- Support students in small group instruction or 1:1
- Be able to learn from and work with the school team
- Have a critical role in instruction under the supervision of the teacher
- Be able to work well independently and with the teacher
- Support English Language Learners in language acquisition
The position commences August 26 2025 and concludes June 19 2026.
