About the Role
Our Tax and Legal team is expanding and were looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our vast community of solvers. The Tax and Legal team brings our purpose to life by having the depth and technical expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver solutions from idea through to execution.
Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
HR business partnering with extensive experience working at Senior Leadership level in a Senior HRBP position
Transformation and change experience within large complex organisations
Providing strategic and commercial advice to senior level stakeholders
Executing on People and Culture and people related strategies
In our Tax and Legal team your impact will be seen by:
Escalating and providing oversight and support to complex people matters
Being the key driver of signature people activities such as performance and talent processes as well as workforce design
Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with and build a trusted and valueadd relationship
Partnering with business leaders to identify advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance in line with our firmwide People & Culture strategy
Monitoring progress against the people plan providing regular data analytics and insights to inform and shape business decisions
Partnering with Firmwide colleagues and Centres Of Excellence
Coaching and managing the workload of portfolio aligned Business Partners
