About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sterilising Technician to join our Sterilisation Department at St Vincent Private Hospital Sydney.

The Sterilising Technical oversees the operations and coordinates the day to day sterilising services at SVPHS is provided in line with all relevant Australian and International standards in keeping with the philosophy mission and values of St Vincents Private Hospital Sydney.

This role will be part time working 30 hours per week and will be pivotal in ensure all sterilising services is delivered within the scope of practice of the sterilising technician and by adhering to policies and procedures of SVPHS and St Vincents Health Australia (SVHA).

About you

  • Certificate III in Health Service Assistance Sterilisation Services

  • CSSD experience preferred.

  • Your positive outlook will enable you to collaborate effectively with our team and independently as required.

  • You will be customer service oriented in both internal and external settings.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills
