Seeking Care Manager (Div 1/Grade 5) TLC Healthcare Fitzroy North
Location: Fitzroy North Melbourne
Job Type: Fulltime Monday to Friday (07:00 15:00 or variation as needed)

About Clifton Views Melbournes First HighRise Residential Aged Care Home
Located in the heart of Fitzroy North Clifton Views is a sophisticated aged care home centrally positioned near Queens Parades shops and transport links. We offer an exceptional range of services including a community medical centre allied health services physiotherapy dietetics podiatry an onsite gym a resident sports bar and caf and even a virtual reality cinemamaking this a truly unique place to live and work.
About the Role
This is not your typical role. As a Care Manager (Div 1/Grade 5) you will thrive on the floor delivering handson care while leading a highperforming team committed to personcentred care for our residents and their loved ones.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing with an individualized personcentred approach.
- Oversee medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies.
- Drive continuous clinical improvement to ensure excellence in care.
- Provide professional support to residents families and visitors.
- Ensure assessments care plans and reviews are timely and welldocumented.
- Assist in clinical education and competency training for staff.
- Promote and foster a positive collaborative and diverse culture.
Things that matter to us
- Two years experience in a clinical leadership role
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Uptodate COVID19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
