We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to provide exceptional Executive support to the Scientific Director of Bienco at the University of Wollongong.
Bienco was established in 2021 and was the worldfirst consortium of clinical scientific and governance experts to address the global challenge of corneal blindness.
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for managing correspondence preparing reports presentations manuscripts for publications assist with proposal submissions preparation of any documentation that the consortium will need and all administrative tasks relating to Bienco team meetings consortium meetings and arrangement of travel.
Our ideal candidate will have proven executive assistant experience strong organisational stills the ability to communicate at a high level with elected representatives discretion with confidential information proficiency in Microsoft Office and have proactive team orientate approach.
Knowledge of the University of Wollongong will be highly regarded.
