Overview
Hiring for a professional Service Specialist for records scanning court runs and other office duties in a Legal Office Environment. The Service Specialist will play a key role in providing highquality reproduction and runner services to ensure total customer service satisfaction through understanding of customer expectations policies and procedures.
Location: Mesa AZ Law Firm
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $16.00 $16.00
The pay rate for this position starts at $16:00; however base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct all the closed records scanning for the firm
- Daily travel to Mesa court house for firm filings
- Daily travel to USPS for mail
- Deliver all incoming mail & packages within established time frames
- Assist with other reprographic functions and services
- Utilize various hardware platforms including PCs copiers printers and MultFunction Devices.
- Occasionally asked to work on special assignments
- Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation and must be able drive to courts post office and other sites
- 13 years experience working in office services or professional office environment.
- Able to performing the basic job functions under general direction.
- Understanding of Microsoft office suite of programs
- Understanding of Adobe Acrobat
- Able to work on various equipment and systems ( scanner metering mail tracking systems photocopying color copying etc.) with general direction.
- Contacts may occasionally be outside own department.
- Contacts involve the exchange of information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation.
- Excellent customer service professional attitude and appearance are a must
- May lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Willingness to submit to a preemployment drug screening and criminal background check
