Job Title: HVAC Installer and Service Technician
Location: Smyrna DE 19977 (Onsite)
Our client is a locally family-owned HVAC company with a strong reputation for integrity and customer service. They are currently seeking experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join their growing team in Smyrna DE. This is a full-time on-site role offering stability competitive pay and a positive team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Diagnose install and repair a variety of HVAC systems including heat pumps gas heaters and oil heating systems.

Deliver top-notch customer service with a respectful and professional demeanor.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with double-time pay for billable hours).

Work occasional nights and weekends as needed.

EPA Certification (Universal preferred)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Respectful and professional in customers homes

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Competitive hourly pay ($20 $33/hour depending on experience)
