My Client a top multinational in the FMCG sector is seeking a visionary Food Service Director in Nigeria to drive strategy sales growth and operational excellence across our food service channels.

What You ll Do
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a nationwide food service strategy grow existing product lines and launch innovations that delight customers.
  • Sales & Redistribution: Oversee a redistribution sales model set targets for Food Service Sales Supervisors and ensure team delivery on revenue goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to guide pricing promotions and channel decisions at a regular cadence.
  • Customer & Vendor Management: Build and expand the customer base maintain key client relationships and optimize vendor/inventory processes to balance service levels with cost efficiency.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to craft sales plans drive training and align on initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Team Development: Lead mentor and inspire multiple sales supervisors fostering a high performance culture through regular review meetings and shared best practices.


Requirements

Who You Are
  • Industry Proven: 10 years in food service or redistribution sales ideally from leading hotels quick service chains or FMCG multinationals.
  • Educational & Professional Credentials: Degree or certification in Marketing Sales or a related field.
  • Leadership & Vision: Demonstrated ability to spot growth opportunities and translate them into profitable strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong pricing promotion and P&L management skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Cultural Fit: Either Nigerians or preference for candidates from Egypt Kenya Morocco or Lebanon currently based in Nigeria especially with alcoholic beverage sector exposure.
