What are we looking for
High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years applicable work experience; OR - Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a casebycase basis.
- (CDL a Heavy Equipment Operators Certification and/or forklift experience would be a plus!)
Competencies:
Methods and techniques for moving loading and transporting goods on trucks and trailers considering weight distribution and other critical factors - Inventory management receiving and evaluating property
Ability to:
- Provide excellent professional customer service
- Communicate appropriately in a variety of settings using professional judgment and discretion
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Problem solve analyze data understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis;
- Think creatively and innovatively
- Work independently with little supervision and as part of a team
- Recognize the importance of safety in the workplace follow safety rules practice safe work habits utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions
- Safely and competently operate large trucks vehicles towing trailers winches forklifts lift gates hand trucks etc.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
