Frankfort Animal Clinic is seeking a parttime or fulltime receptionist to provide outstanding customer service to our wonderful clients and patients.
About Us:
Frankfort Animal Clinic is a busy 4doctor small animal hospital practicing cuttingedge veterinary medicine in Frankfort Kentucky. Our dedication to our clients and quality medicine are our top priorities. We are respected in our community and have cared for pets for over 50 years.
About You:
We are looking for a Receptionist to help us move our practice forward. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a desire to help humans and animals. Communication with clients is critical to providing the best patient care so youll need to enjoy educating clients answering questions about our services and explaining treatment plans.
While animal care experience is preferred we are willing to train for this position and there is always the potential for learning growth and advancement within our practice.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive with great communication and people skills
- Comfortable around a variety of animals
- Computer literate
- A pro at multitasking
- Able to lift 20 lbs.
