Job Summary:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a friendly professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist & Reservation Agent. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring an excellent guest experience from pre-arrival to check-out.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check in and check out guests efficiently using the hotel s property management system.
- Handle guest requests inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Stay informed about hotel facilities services and local attractions to assist guests.
- Monitor guest feedback and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Manage room reservations via phone email online booking platforms and walk-ins.
- Confirm bookings process cancellation and handle modifications as requested.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room availability.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality customer service or front office (preferred).
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems such as IDS PMS are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible schedule willing to work weekends holidays and shifts.
