What you will do:
Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing logistics inventory)
Direct and manage custom application work
Oversee field activities equipment scheduling and maintenance
Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement cost savings leverage of technology and improved service within the distribution
Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
Provide customer service for internal and external customers
Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections
What you will bring:
5 years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry
CDL & Custom Applicator license preferred
Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred
Agricultural based degree desired
Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range $75000 $90000.00annually. This range is estimated for a Manager Operations in Madera CA.Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
