Job Description
This Role Reports to: AMI Lead
Location: Taipei Taiwan
Primary Function/Objective:
- Facilitate HCP understanding of key learnings inclinic as part of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI).
- Provide inclinic facilitation for educational needs aligned to the AMI Educational Journey.
- Guide on patient and facial assessment aligned to the MD Codes HArmonyCa and other relevant Facilitation Programmes.
- Cover related anatomy aging aseptic nontouch technique (ANTT) and the implementation of injection techniques.
- Assess educational needs to fill knowledge and skills gaps supporting implementation into practice.
- Use approved AMI and locally relevant educational materials to support standardized methodologies for patient assessment and treatment planning.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Delivers InClinic Services
- Identify educational needs and develop recommendations to enhance clinical practice.
- Establish bespoke AMI Infinity curriculaaligned Facilitation Pathway.
- Maintain high service levels through reliable followup and record activity in VEEVA CRM.
Supports Education via AMI Digital World
- Guide HCP educational curricula using AA AMI Digital World to improve clinical knowledge.
Supports AMI Lead in AMI Event Delivery
- Support key Affiliatelevel events including industry conferences and AMI meetings/workshops.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Qualification:
- University degree in a clinically based subject (medicine nursing dentistry etc.) or patientfacing clinical roles (e.g. physiotherapy clinical pharmacy).
- Experience in a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry ideally in aesthetics.
- Experienced in facilitation/training/coaching including event management.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Intermediate business English.
- Metricsdriven mindset with CRM tool experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word Excel.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Outlook.
Other Requirements:
- Travel: 75% locally nationally and potentially internationally including overnight travel; some weekend work may be required.
