Job Description

The Social Media Coordinators is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness improve marketing efforts and engage with the target audience. This role collaborates with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and business objectives.


Qualifications :

Anantara Layan Phuket Resort:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media management content creation or marketing coordination preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Tiktok reporting tools Insights etc).
  • Basic copywriting and intermediate content creation skills.
  • Experience in wellness marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics and reporting tools.

Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media management content creation or marketing coordination preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Tiktok reporting tools Insights etc).
  • Basic copywriting and intermediate content creation skills.
  • Experience in Chinese social media channels or Chinese language skills is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics and reporting tools.
